Dr. Santrock is great. He explains the procedure well. He was able to fix my foot that did not have a good result performed by another Doctor. He completely redid the previous procedure taking out all the old hardware for a great result.

Dr. Santrock was very patient in answering my questions and explaining my issues. I was very happy with the visit!

Dr. Santrock seems genuinely engaged in helping his patients. This is my first time to meet him, but I really felt like he took the time to get to know what issues I’ve been experiencing.

He is rude and ignorant. I would not recommend him. He has no bed side manner whatsoever. I think his student doctor was even embarrassed for the way he was talking to me.

He is very knowledgeable in his field. He explains things to you. Great doctor and would recommend him to anyone.

First time I have ever been to Dr. Santrock; my office visit in the waiting room was under 5 minutes, Nurse takes you back to the to her quarters and she weighed me then took me back to exray. Wait time there was 2 minutes and then back to his office straight into a room wait time there for him was about 5 to 10 minutes. He sits and explains everything to you and gives you the respect that patients desereve. Dr. Santrock listens to his patients and then finds a solution to eleviate the body's chronic pain. He is a very good surgeon with wonderful caring bedside mannors something a lot of young doctors his age does not have anymore. He and his staff is caring and compassionate too the patients feelings and to the patients injuries. They truely care about their patients conserns, Dr. Santrock is truley one of the best doctors in WV.
