I recently had SuperPath hip surgery performed by Dr Sciortino. He and his entire staff operate at the Gold Standard. They are personable, competent and really care about their patients. I have had one knee replacement and both shoulders replaced by Dr. Sciortino. He did an excellent job and is a great doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone. The faculty and staff are very exceptional as well. Overall this has been a very good experience.

Class A act all the way. Dr. Scortino is confident, professional and highly skilled. I'm so glad I waited with surgery until I learned of Super Path. It's a Godsend. It's everything it promises. Even the OR prep people who attended to me the morning of my surgery said they wouldn't let anyone else but Dr. Scortino perform Super Path on themselves. He was praised by every staff member I came in contact with the day of my surgery (June 26 2015). I am currently at about 6-8 weeks recovery progress by the old, anterior way, and today is day 5 post operative. Surgery pain is MINIMAL! As soon as your feet hit the floor that old, ugly arthritic pain is G O N E. I'm doing stairs, showering, and walking around my house with a walker. I LOVE Dr Sciortino. He is one of a handful of surgeons nationwide who do the "superPath" hip replacement method. Within days after surgery I did not need a walker or cane to walk around my bedroom. I have no restrictions. My recovery rate is far faster than every other hip replacement method. Also, communication before and after surgery with his staff was terrific. My surgeon friends describe Dr. Sciortino as a perfectionist. Now I have to say, I completely agree.

I would tell anyone not to bother making an appointment with Dr Sciortino ! Waste of time . He really needs to work on patient Dr communication . I am 61 yrs old and have seen many orhtopedic Dr's in my lifetime and this Dr left me question why he is even in practice . Very rushed first visit . Not evaluated or treatment planned in 5 minutes .
