If your office staff is in capable it doesn’t matter how good of a doctor you are!!! Someone in your office made an error, and then tried to blame it on the patient “me “. This is not my first rodeo… And for the offices first line to be an incompetent moron who just sent me on my way rather than accommodating me for her mistake. There’s plenty of pulmonologists, I’ll take my business elsewhere thank you You have a completely inapt office staff

I saw this doctor one time, he was through his actual diagnosing and bedside manner is great. Im giving a low rating because of his office staff not informing new patients of the late/cancellation policy and the overall system they carry. I saw him, and then had a follow up for NINE months later. Within that nine months time, I had lost my cellphone. I live by my cellphone planner, I clearly did not back it up prior to losing it so my calendar only updated limited appointments from an earlier backup. Anycase, the office does not send out a reminder letter, email, text, nothing to let you know about your upcoming appointment nor do they confirm they as so many do in this day and age. Especially with such a time gap. I now almost 18 months later, have received.....wait for it lol a COLLECTION NOTICE for $25.00 no show fee! I also never received an original bill for no show as I would have called to discuss and reschedule for a timely time. So, don't have any mistakes in life, and… definitely write down in multiple places your appointments for this doctor because his staff will not remind you of upcoming visits or send you a bill, it will simply go to collections, even for a tiny $25.00.

I've been a patient of Dr Sussman for years. I find him very knowledgeable. A Dr. you can trust. He actually listens to you which is a rare find. Very kind.
