This "doctor" has at least one felony conviction for possession of heroin. At more than one hospital at which he was employed in the 1980's, he stole morphine, Demerol or similar substances from his patients. He has admitted to smuggling heroin into the U.S. from overseas. While working at the New York prison in Attica in the '90's, he contributed to the deaths of several patients and caused a massive lawsuit.It is a sad commentary that he was allowed his license back.
