Dr. Toborg is a very kind and caring doctor. He is very through when I see him every 3 months for med checks and blood work. When I get sick or have MRSA out breaks he always sees me in a timely manor. I've followed him from his last practice to Premier & would change again if he left. He has been a true blessing for me and my care.
