Dr. Ursprung received his medical degree & pediatric training from the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical School. His neonatology training occurred in the division of Newborn Medicine at Harvard Medical School, where he also completed a two year NIH funded clinical research fellowship & a master's degree in Medical Science from Harvard Medical School. Dr. Ursprung is the Associate Director of Continuous Quality Improvement for Pediatrix Medical Group. He also serves on the Vermont Oxford Networks Database Advisory Committee as well being a faculty member for their Neonatal Intensive Care Quality Collaborative. Dr Ursprung is board certified in neonatal-perinatal medicine.
