I AM NO LONGER GOING TO BE A PATIENT OF DR. VACCARINO'S SINCE I'VE NOW BEEN HUNG UP ON BY 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN HIS OFFICE (I went through this 5 months ago with the same staff: Doreen...the RUDEST OF THEM all, and Regina...to the point I went TO the office and would not leave until I spoke with Dr. V and he assured me he would speak to them and it wouldn't happen again). The last one who just hung up on me refused to give her name, but said she is pregnant and didn't need this stress then hung up...what stress? I had called back to find out who the first person was who hung up on me (even though I knew it was Doreen, since I know her voice) and no one would tell me who it was, they just left the phone on hold. I am now writing a certified letter AGAIN asking for all my records...totally unprofessional and RUDE staff, which must be the reason the doc has already downsized from 2 to 1 office...i'm sure he is losing patients left and right.
Dr. Vaccarino is an excellent doctor, he takes time to expain the diagnosis and he has a great bedside manner. His staff is professional and caring. I would recommend Dr. V highly!
