Dr. Robert Viere

Dr Viere is the absolute best doctor. He has performed 3 spinal surgeries (2-cervical and 1-lumbar) to repair vertebra, disk and encroachment on the spinal cord and nerve issues. Each experience has been a life changer. Without going into details of the surgeries, I'll just say that he expertly and precisely evaluated my care needs and executed each surgery with great care and professionalism. His PA, Linda, provided top of class assistance. I thank both of them for alleviating my pain and providing me with a much better quality of life,

Dr Viere is beyond amazing. He is very conservative, but if surgery is needed, he’s the only one I will let touch my back. He could probably part water if necessary

Dr Viere has done a total of 4 back surgeries on me due to I have degenerative disc disease & I had also slipped a vertebra one time. I will not trust anyone else to touch my back or do surgery on my back except for him. He & his office staff have always been professional & care about the patients. Linda has been a jewel & is always awesome & in good spirits. I have heard horror stories from people who have had back surgeries done by different drs & how they still have problems. After each of my surgeries, I was back at work within 2-6 weeks each time & am still doing great. I drive almost 2 hours each way to go see him or Linda when I have an office visit scheduled & would drive even further if I had to because he will be the only dr that ever does anything to my back!

Dr. Viere is simply the BEST. I just completed a nine hour surgery which included installation of two nine inch Titanium rods, 12 screws, 4 cages, all to cure scoliosis (where my spine was actually turning on itself) and fusion of some degenerating discs. A very difficult operation, yet I came out with a spine almost perfectly straight, no hump over my right shoulder which was going to be impossible to get rid of AND a full inch taller. MOST IMPORTANTLY no more chronic pain. Although the doctors and their staff had to go in from the front and thru my back, due to Dr. V's excellent skills, I was up and walking the next day. A week later, moving with total ease and six weeks later driving again. You will not go wrong with Dr.V because he is very thorough, decisive, not an alarmist, and takes his time with you.

Dr. Viere is an excellent spine surgeon. I would recommend him to anyone with a need for spine surgery.

Dr. Viere is an extremely smart man and an amazing surgeon. His assistant, Linda, is also very smart and is bursting with energy & personality.

After seeing 3 spine surgeons who were surgery happy, Dr. Viere offers several less invasive options that have been great and relieved the pain. He looked at my MRI with me, frame by frame. I'll never go anywhere else.

Dr. Viere was the tenth doctor I saw for crazy foot twitching and numbness I had been dealing with for over a year, and apparently the tenth time was a charm :). Dr. Viere found degenerated discs and a bulging disc in an MRI I was referred for by an unhelpful neurologist (this neurologist could only recognize a bulging disc and told me it most likely wasn't causing the problems in my foot and leg.) Dr. Viere took the time to show me my MRI and X-Ray and explain the abnormalities we could see and what problems they might be causing. He referred me to physical therapy and my problems (borderline miraculously) are 90% vanished in two weeks. I'm so grateful to Dr. Viere; if I had visited my neurologist for additional testing like he had advised I am almost certain this issue would be no closer to being resolved.
