Doesn’t listen to what the chief complaint is. One visit he didn’t listen, walked out got a glass of water, handed it to me and walked out. Appointment done. Very poor bedside manner, doesn’t seem to want to help his patients. Makes me wonder who’s teaching who, or who has more information! Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Would give him a "0" if I could!! Worst neurologist I've ever seen. Would never, ever recommend him to anyone. Loved to rest unnecessary tests, had no communication skills and no diagnostic abilities. Horrible experience - tell everyone I know to avoid him!

Please get a second opinion. Did not listen or seem to even try to understand my condition. Was being led astray. Fortunately, I got a second opinion and was put on the right path.

I'm actually livid my insurance is gonna have to pay for this visit. A 4 year old could have done what he did. He shows me a pamphlet on my condition and reccomended a few supplements. A monkey could do that what was the point in even seeing the "specialist"..

Dr. Jones' communication skills are extremely poor. I do not feel listened to or talked to on any sort of level that would suggest he is interested in my health, how the issues I was seen for affect my life or on plans to work together to find out what the root of the problem could be.
