UNRESPONSIVE/UNCARING DR WHO LEAVES 85 YR OLD PATIENT WITHOUT MEDICATION THAT PATIENT HAS BEEN TAKING FOR 20+ YEARS, REFUSED TO ASSIST PT EVEN AFTER DR/STAFF WAS MADE FULLY AWARE PT WAS IN DIRE HEALTH CRISIS. DOCTOR AND STAFF REFUSED TO ASSIST PT DURING GLOBAL PANDEMIC EVEN AFTER CALLING SEVERAL TIMES (NO LESS THAN 8 TIMES IN ONE DAY) AND ADVISING STAFF REPEATEDLY PT WAS IN MAJOR HEALTH CRISIS. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DR, ESPECIALLY TO SENIOR CITIZENS WHO HE CLEARLY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT- SHAMEFUL!!! THIS DOCTOR SHOULD NOT BE PRACTICING MEDICINE IN ANY CAPACITY AFTER HOW THIS PATIENT WAS TREATED-

I was recommended to see an internist from a friend, after asking for a second opinion Dr Wallen did nothing for me. I should have been a new patient to him and he would not do one test for me. The extent of the appt was checking my pulse and blood pressure. The only thing he would tell me was to go see a psychiatrist, even though he checked nothing and knew little about my background. He even told me all I can do prescribe this medicine to you, but it is not going to solve the underlying issue.

Dr. Wallen is not personable AT ALL! Doesn't take concerns seriously. Puts down treatment from other doctors. Can't get prescriptions straight. I quit him after ONE visit. My husband gave him another chance; now he's done with Dr. Wallen. The man has a God complex. Don't waste your time with this guy!

I had no problems at all going here.My appointment was scheduled with no problem.When I got there they were all pleasant girls and I only had to wait about 10 minute.then I seen Dr.Wallen and he listened to my issues and ordered many test for me to figure out what is wrong,he was very nice to me.
