Dr. Robert Brian Weitzman, MD

Used to be a good doctor. However in the last year sent patient to two separate specialists who didn't do what patient was sent for, and didn't reschedule for proper specialists. This includes biopsues fire swollen lymphodes. Also screwed up perceptions three separate times, and relies on patients to make sure he is perscribing the right medicines in the right amounts. Patient called from pharmacy in a panic attack because perscription was wrong (person is disabled with a brain injury and can't walk without help), so in response the doctor discharged the patient. No letter was sent, so the patient only found out when they went to refill needed prescriptions. He now refuses to even talk with thepatient to address the issue. When told patient is suffering from family he apologized that he is hurting them, but refused to talk about it with the family or the patient. Avoid this doctor. He is only interested in procedures he makes money from. You have to force referrals from him, and… he doesn't do regular procedures like physicals. Had maybe two physicals in 15 years.
