In initiating a doctor/patient sexual relationship and maintaining our romantic/dating/sexual relationship for the course of the last 3+ years Dr. Yoho has been in violation of Business and Professions Code Section 726 and Business and Professions Code 729. Dr. Robert Alan Yoho exploited his position as a trusted physician, my cosmetic surgeon, to groom and later abuse me - his patient/lover (26 years his junior). I have been a patient of Dr. Robert Alan Yoho’s for 15 years - since 2004 when he performed his first of 5 procedures on my body (that being liposuction of my waist, upper hips, rear end, and inner & outer thigh areas).

I have known Dr Yoho for 15 years. He has done all my surgeries and probably 60 more people I know and referred to him. Never a complaint . He is also easy to talk to and him being a good listener. I will go to him until he retires . Thank you Dr Yoho
