You spend more time waiting in the room by yourself than being with the dr. Roberta Parks, and when she does come in she sees you for less than 5 minutes. She didnt make me feel comftable or at ease. She seems not caring enough.

This MD asks you what she should do and when you call her to discuss lab results she is not iterested to return you call.
