My apt got off to a rocky start as they had no records or even the name of my GP who made the apt. Dr Civitelli was annoyed. I explained why I was there and the drs and journey that brought me to where I am today. I answered his questions and told him what other doctors had told me and what I had been given. I felt like a 6 year old being scolded for not cleaning the house. He condemned everything and every doctor we discussed. He told me my problem was I did not exercise, and when I told him that I even had hired a personal trainer, he looked over his glasses twice and said "You! Hired a personal trainer". His degrading examination continued with me in tears. He told me my issue was severe so come back next year???????? One more big bill to the insurance company? He has a thick accent so listening carefully is a must.
