Went to have my gallbladder out and ended up botching the surgery. He clipped off my main bile duct causing bile to leak inside of me. I had to be air flights to the University of Minnesota and spent two weeks there having to have surgery to correct Dr Hapes botched "same day surgery." He had no compassion at all for his botched surgery. When they were getting ready to fly me out all he said was "they will take good care of you there." Was not conceded about anything he did.

I was extremely happy with Dr. Hape's bedside manner plus he did an excellant job with his surgical procedure. I would highly reommend him to a family member and would see him in the future.

Dr hape is nice but after care after lap band sucks. His np Shelly is terrible.

Dr. Hape is the best!! I would not see any other surgeon.

I was very impressed with Dr. Hape. Number 1, he took time ot explain, and also took the time to listen. I have seen and been treated by a number of health care providers in the past 2 years, in all honesty, his "bed side manner" was the best!!!
