Been going to him for years always took good care of my eyes

Dr. Hsargrove could not answer a Medical question nor any of his assicates. Rude. He doesn't look at you can't hear what he saying. Didn't ask if I has any question. Got up and left within 10 mim of him snaping picture and walked out the door. Left 5 calls with his staff for him to call to answer a Medical before booking surgery. Dr Hargrove never called and the staff wouldn't and can't give medical questions. All they could talk about was insurance and payment. I had aready spoke with my Insursurance company , the people wouldn't listen. They would say I will pass this to Dr Hargrove or surgery tean. Dr Hargove or and surgeral team call. They were very rude. I woud't let hime touch my eyes with a 10 ft pole. Worst so called dr I have had in my whole life. You can feel the coldnest when you walk in the room.

If you're looking for a warm and friendly personality, Dr. Hargrove shouldn't be on your list of prospective doctors. He is extremely direct and serious to the point of being offensive. Not sure if he is pompous or just doesn't really care about people.

worst thing that has ever happen to me. pain, numbness...this was 3 weeks before my wedding. doctor even accused me of inflicting the trama to my face meself to make him look bad....

Surgery of any kind is not pleasant ! However my experience w/Graystone and Dr. Hargrove was great! Thank you for making it all worth while!ð???ð???

Dr. Hargrove over corrected my eye lid which caused me much pain and grief. He never admitted that he over corrected the lid but I could not close my eye even to sleep after his procedure. I had to follow up immediately with another local surgeon to attempt to address his mistake. He was willing to have me wait a month for additional follow up and I knew that was not the safe thing to do. I've had very positive results with other doctors at Greystone, but NOT THIS ONE. He played music in the operating room, I know this because they woke me during the procedure. If I had to do over I would NOT see this doctor again. My clue to leave should have been waiting for him for almost 2 hours before my surgery. :( Wish I would have been more proactive as a patient. Don't let him operate on your eyes !

A rare find in todays busy pace - caring, knowledgeable and takes care of the issues at hand with professionalism alway putting the patient needs and concerns first.
