Quack is out of business. No one will provide a straight answer as to what happened. Avoid this practice altogether. They only want your money.

I cannot get this office staff to correct coding on a bill so that the Lab will not bill me and medicare will pay the bill. Medicare is supposed to pay for this service as stated in the medicare guide but the office coded it wrong and Medicare is denying it. I have tried talking to the office staff several times to get this corrected with no satisfaction. Today I received a late notice from the lab for the bill Medicare should have paid. This is a doctor's office problem with coding. Also, when I last saw the doctor after several previous visits he thought I was a new patient and seemed to have no records of my previous visits. I am very dissatisfied and will be looking for another doctor soon.

Felt like I was having a fight with the doctors office and not sure why. Dr Cantu is totally non-responsive, rude. His PA is very nice and I felt confident with the PA...not with Dr Cantu. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND DR CANTU TO ANYONE!!!

I was given this doctor when my doctor of 17 years retired...and from the first monent I felt he was Judging me instead of trying to help me..he was very rude and never asked me any questions about myself especially for meeting me as a first time patient. he never bothered to get to know me, to top it off when I was at an appointment and needed a refill he became very upset and said he had already talked about enough at this appointment and I would need to make a new appointment for my medications...he just wants to bleed the insurances for all their worth. and I want no part of that, I want a doctor that is going to treat me with respect, Not judge me before he has even had a chance to get to know me...Unless you want to be treated badly...I suggest you find another doctor as I have.
