In 2010, a different doctor refuse to remove my wires from a malfunction defibrillator that at that time only removed the defibrillator. He adamantly stated that removing the wires is nearly impossible and not recommended . While begging him to remove them due to the need to have MRI's on my neck, back and head injuries, still that doctor was reluctant and refused. 3 years later, I have a new cardiologist, and when I told him that I wished their was a doctor out there to do this, he immediately recommended Dr, Carillo. Caring, understanding and without hesitation, my wires were successfully removed! Dr. Carillo is very professional and is one of the best in the nation from what I am told! I believe this and now know why! His staff is excellent! Dr. Carillo, even let me follow along and showed me the Cat Scan further explaining the procedure. I've never known any other surgeon to do this. When you're in the care of Dr. Carillo, just know that you are with one of the best!

Dr. Carrillo has fixed my complicated heart problems since 2009. I was well on my way to a heart transplant. Since Dr. Carillo's interventions my ejection fraction has improved, I was able to lose over 100 pounds, I was motivated and given much hope to continue living. After you know get to know him, you will call him family. He is, more than anything, a humble, spiritual and family man who recognizes that his talents come from Someone Greater than Life. Most Professioal and caring surgeon and Medcial Doctor that I have ever gone to. Would never consider another Surgeon. This is finest Surgeon in his field. I have had this surgery in the past. This was 1st time I had it with Dr. Carrillo and what a difference. Much less pain and felt I was in the best of hands. Dr. Carrillo really cared. This is man I really trust!
