On a follow up visit to his office was seen by assistant, Dr. was not in. Billed for highest level doctors visit. Called to question this and was treated extremely rude. As opposed to answering my questions they chose to hang up every time I called, then turned me over to collections. It is this type of operation that causes insurance rates to skyrocket!

Dr. Anderson was very professional and able to pull my mother through her illness. He was kind, empathetic, and patient with her. Best of all, he got her better!
