Called to question a billing statement I received, was yelled at, insulted, called blind and then hung up on by clerk. Will not be seeing Dr. Stueben again unless he can do something about the unhelpful and unprofessional staff he employs.

WHEN I CALLED HE TOOK ME RIGHT IN AND WITHOUT HESATATION HE TALKED AND COMMUNICATED WITH ME AND THEN HE ORDERED THE SLEEP TEST AND SINCE THEN I MUST SAY THAT I AM MUCH BETTER NOT ONLY HIM BUT HIS NURSE IS JUST AS CARING AS DR. STUBEN VERY NICE AND I MUST VERY CARING AND I THANK GOD FOR SENDING NE TO THEM BECAUSE NOW THEY ARE LIKE FAMILY

He is extremely professional, very knowledgeable,honest,and straight forward. I had seen doctor after doctor who could not figure out what was wrong with me. It wasn't until I saw Dr Stueben that he immediately knew what was wrong with me. I would not be here today if it were not for him. He saved my life.

Once he knows that you are going to follow his advice, he takes more time with you. If I have any guest ions, he is always willing to answer. He and his office crew are always nice.

I found him to be somewhat arrogant, or maybe just not interested in his work and appeared not to really care about it. Did not smile or make me feel at ease at all.
