I am suffering from lower back and leg pain. A friend recommended Dr Knapp. I called and got an appointment early morning on the second day. Great office staff. Dr Knapp was personal and caring. Friendly in his questions, mannerisms and exam. As I had several problems, he schedulded x-rays and an MRI for later that day. Results were ready the next day and Dr Knapp, personally called me, discussed the results and due to the nature of my problems, recommended an orthopedic referral. He also set it up with the Lab to have a CD prepared of my x-ray and MRI pictures. Additionally, he sent the readouts for the MRI and x-rays to me by email, as well as writting prescription for pain and swelling. Friendly, professional and highly recommended.
