It is difficult to communicate with the office staff. Language is a huge barrier. They either do not understand what you asking for or give you the run around because they refuse to clarify when they don't understand. Dr. Rommer can be short and is often inconsiderate to one's feeling about body image.
He`s a nice guy, but he diagnosed me with an allergy to the dye in my birth control when I actually had blood clots in my lungs. But he`s a really nice guy!
This doctor does not return calls from after hours service, makes the service call you back and tell you to go to the ER or Medstop. I asked the practice manager to give me a scenario where he would call a patient back and she couldn't come up with one. Bottomline, I'll avoid this doctor.
