This doctor is getting way to old to practice. His office and the instruments that he uses are out of date. He needs to retire and let someone take over his practice. The several times I have been in to see him he has kind of been in and out, yelled at his staff in front of me, disrupted my exam to yell at his staff, and the list goes on. His staff seem to only know the basics and not much past then. There is no good beside manner or customer service. I would not recommend him.

Dr. Bitza and Dr. Parker (in the same office) are excellent!

When you go to see Dr. Bitza, you see Dr. Bitza, not his M.A. or his R.N. Appointments are made days out, not weeks out. Referrals go off without a hitch. Dr. Bitza, old fashioned healthcare in the 21st century.
