Dr Casselberry fed and continued giving scripts to my husband, mother in-law, her boyfriend, two of my husbands uncles, and my brother in law up until the day he went out of business. They are all addicts and have been for a long time. One was able to get treatment, two are dead and the other two a loss. Dr casselberry had all of them pay $150 cash every month. And they had to go To the same pharmacy also. My husbands family was destroyed by this so called man.

I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr Cassellberry for IV treatments for Shingles and Allergy testing. He listened to my complaints, reviewed all the lab tests and examined me prior to starting treatment. I was extremely pleased with his services and professionalism.

Dr. Casselberry continued to prescribe narcotics to my father for years, feeding an addiction and contributing to his now declining health. He should be in jail for his negligence.

I have been relying upon Dr. Casselberry for at least 10 years and his care is cutting edge, thoughtful and practical. A Ohio State Medical School Graduate with great credentials. Graduated in the same medical school class as my brother. Highly recommended.
