Dr. Ronald Eric Glousman, MD

Dr. Ronald Glausman failed me as a surgeon and as a physician. He performed a shoulder surgery that did not fix my injury and then rushed to declare me “Permanent and Stationary” even though I was still in serious pain and had limited use of my arm. He completely ignored my complaints about my left shoulder and right wrist, refusing to treat or even evaluate those injuries.It was obvious from the beginning that Dr. Glausman was more concerned with pleasing the insurance company than providing real care. He rushed appointments, dismissed ongoing symptoms, and avoided necessary follow-up. His P&S report was clearly written to benefit the insurance carrier, not me as the patient.Dr. Glausman acts more like a hired gunfor insurance companies than a medical professional. He does the bare minimum to close claims quickly, even when patients are still seriously injured. I do not believe he acts independently or ethically in these cases.In my experience, Dr. Glausman should not be trusteD

Dr. Glousman operated on my rotator cuff. I thought my tennis days were over, but thanks to his excellent skills and surgery I am back in the game. I made the right choice seeing him!

If there were an option for 5+ stars I would give it. Dr. Glousman was extremely knowledgeable about knee issues including how my feet played a part in my knee pain as well as weak muscles around my knees. He sent me to rehab to strengthen my knees and sent me to get orthotics from a foot doctor. Dr. Glousman performed arthroscopy on both my knees in 2006; after another injury, I flew back to California to see Dr. Glousman where he operated again on both knees in 2008. Unfortunately, I had another fall a couple years ago on ice (seriously, I'm not a clutz!) and although I live in another state, I am going back to Dr. Glousman. I will not let another doctor operate on my knees. I highly recommend Dr. Glousman. I even took my mother to him for a 2nd opinion.

Dr. Glousman fixed my torn ACL. I am now fully recovered with no pain and able to play soccor still! He is such a nice doctor and really cared about my recovery process.

He operated on my shoulder and did not practice medicine 101. No MRI prior to my surgery. He was no where to be found after my surgery and I had to wait almost 2 weeks before I could see him after the surgery. He was always late for my appts. as a result he spent about 5-10 minutes with me each time I saw him. He did NOTHING but make my situation worse than before the surgery. As it turned out I had an independent doctor review my case, I was sent for an MRI only to discover that my tendon was torn and retracting which explained why I'm in constant pain, now worse than ever. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Glousman is a professional doctor who is excellent in performing arthroscopic surgery. I thought I was in good hands. ^The problem with him is that he has little bedside manner and he lacks good time management skills, being 4 hours late! He averaged usually 1 hour late.

Dr. Glousman is very compasionate and caring. He fixed both my shoulder and my knee and I am back to work. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

My ortho no longer performs elbow surgeries so he referred me to Dr Glousman. He was very compassionate and my elbow surgery was a success.

Long waits for doctors visits, but Dr. Glousman is a fantastic doctor and top notch surgeon.
