Staff is poorly trained. Clinic is realtively clean with lotsa mexican art. Doctor seems too busy to even do plain patient history and basic physical. She depends on staff to summarize the case. She is just like a technician giving a routine injection. No good mornings, you have a good chance of not even seeing her face. She injects and runs. Its a sasad sad way to practice medicine.

I meant Dr Rosa Navarro for the first time today. I was extremely impressed with her and all the time she spent with me. My case is involved so it took at least a full hour to go over all the years of my H/P. Dr. Navarro bedside matter was very caring and I could tell that she was really concerned about all that I have been though. As a retired Nurse, I have seen unprofessional doctor's in my years as a nurse. Its so refreshing to talk with a doctor that really cares and that puts complete convidence in her ability to do the procedure that she has chosen to preform on me. I am very grateful to have Dr. Navarro for my pain control physican. Gale L Shaffer/Shepherd
