DO NOT GO TO THIS DO!!!!!!!! Perhaps the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I went in with an upper shoulder/neck pain and came away with hip pain that I had never experienced before. It is now three years later and I continue to have significant hip pain. This pain came as a direct result of Dr. Heaton's manipulations. Let me be clear, I NEVER had ANY kind of hip pain prior to my visit. In other words, not only did he not correct the problem I went in for but I was significantly injured by this dr. I could tell right away that he had done something to cause LONG-TERM damage. I told him of my symptoms and the new pain I now felt and his excuse was that it always gets worse before it gets better. I finally refused him to do any further work on me. I have spent thousands of dollars and have experienced terrible pain for THREE YEARS! It has been a nightmare of an experience. I tried contacting the office shortly after my original appointments and he refused to even talk to me… over the phone. They said that if I had any complaint I should sent it to them in a letter. I regret not writing these reviews previously, perhaps I could save others from any sort of similar experience. I thought I would follow his advice and get physical therapy to correct the damage he had done. Well not only is it sad that I would even have to go to PT to correct HIS MISTAKES, after three years of effort and thousands of dollars, with no fix, its finally time to take some action.
