Love Dr. Jacob. He is a gentleman. He wants the best for each of his patients and gives a very honest assessment.

This doctor has a very busy, multi-faceted practice so prepare to wait both for an appointment and when you arrive at the office. Although the receptionist may seem a bit brusk on the phone, they will often do what they can to squeeze in sick patients quickly, so be nice and it will usually be reciprocated.Dr. Jacob is a wonderful, thorough doctor. I have seen him as an ENT, although he does practice plastic surgery and related areas. His picture should be in a textbook next to the term "bedside manner," and he enjoys creating a positive experience by injecting some levity into any office visit. He is great with kids, adults, elderly, he could probably even treat your dog if the Dr. had managed a dual vetinary license. Dr. Jacob's ENT practice/procedure for routine ENT ailments, like chronic bronchitis and sinitus, are similar to other ENT's, but a bit more personalized and tweaked to the patient, so that you rarely need a second visit to recover. He has a thorough knowledge of… all pharma. If he has seen you once he remembers you and your file (quite a feet considering the vast number of patients he must treat), and he will always scan the history thoroughly to make sure your prescriptions are correct and will do you maximum benefit. His nurse is great about callbacks when the doctor is unavailable, usually returning calls by the end of the business day. They are especially prompt if you have important issues like medicine interactions, etc.I have gone to this doctor for 20 years for chronic sinus problems and asthma, starting when I was a wee lad, and will only ever see another ENT if he is out of town. He has gotten my chronic problems to a very manageable state, where I only need an office visit once or twice a year during peak allergy season, to maintain a superb quality of life. He is basically the reason why I rarely suffer from asthma anymore and when I do I am able to control it quickly and avoid the emergency room. Go Doc Jacob!!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Jacob for 25 years. He is never too rushed to explain what I need to know in terms I understand [without a condescending attitude]. He listens to what I have to say and asks my opinions. He knows what he is doing and get me well in the least amount of time possible.
