I LOVE Dr. Yielding! I travel from Atlanta to get my Botox injections and filler. She is the only person that I trust to make it look good.

I recently had a blepharoplasty performed by Dr. Yeilding. My upper lids and lower bags were a source of concern for me for several years. My results with Dr. Yeilding were absolutely amazing! Her staff is kind and courteous and so communicative. I live over an hour away and Dr Yeilding even offered to send a car for me when my surgery schedule changed. My whole experience was incredible. I could not be happier! I also use skin care from her office and my skin has changed dramatically. I will continue to go to Dr. Yeilding for all my skin needs.

Dr Yeilding is the best cosmetic surgeon around. She is a Artist when she is working on your face. She is a real perfectionist everything has to be perfect and her staff goes above & Beyond to take care of all your special needs. I love it there !

Stay away from this surgeon! I've waited a full year to post a review to give ample time for issues to resolve on their own. To date I have seen the doctor numerous times about a poorly done lower face lift. I have several very unsightly lumps under my chin. My jawline on one side is deformed. My right ear was reattached incorrectly and is oriented wrong and I have constant nerve pain in that ear. Like another reviewer, the doctor's only remedy was multiple steroid shots and "time". I have now been to two preeminent reconstructive plastic surgeons who both have told me I need to have my procedure redone and that the issue with my ear is not correctible. Dr Yeilding charged me almost double what most other surgeons charge for the procedure and now I must pay again to have someone competent repair the damage that she did. Please carefully consider whether you want to use this doctor!!

I had a facelift with Dr. Yeilding in 2018. The pain and swelling in my jaw would not stop, and I had pixie ear deformity afterwards. Dr. Yeilding just kept prescribing steroids and sending me to other doctors. Three other doctors - including two plastic surgeons- all agreed it looked as if something was done wrong. After a year and half of constant pain and swelling, I had to have the facelift redone with another surgeon. It cost me a lot in both pain and money. After the reconstructive surgery, the new plastic surgeon said things were left inside of me and that my face muscles had been "torn and shredded". PLEASE check credentials carefully - when you are messing with your face you want someone that specializes in plastic surgery - not opthamology. Dr. Yeilding has not responded to my letter asking for some reimbursement for the other surgery, nor has she ever reached out to see how I as doing. Please be warned.

I would highly recommend Dr. Yielding and her staff. From my major surgeries to in-office procedures, I have been treated very professionally. They are very kind and are sincerely complimentary. I will never be a "beauty queen", but they still treat me like "royalty". Dr. Yielding even came in on her day off after one of my surgeries, just to make sure everything was going well. Their follow up and aftercare is remarkable. It has neve been in my nature to use any of the services they provide, but I am so glad that I have.

Very professional, caring staff. I was always treated with kindness and respect. My appointment wait times were brief. Dr. Yeilding is a highly skilled surgeon. I still look like myself, but more bright eyed and confident. No more tired, droopy eyelids. l am pleased with the outcome of my eye surgery. My eyes have a more youthful appearance. I want to start out by saying that Dr Yeilding and her staff are the absolute most personal delightful people to be around , everyone is friendly helpful and they always have your best interest in mind. Before I met Dr Yeilding I had eye fillers done which only lasted 7 months and they did not get rid of the issue at all, so I googled a face specialist and to be honest I was a little taken back at first because one doctor told me one thing and Dr Yelding told me differently. After she explained the difference then I knew exactly what I wanted and a week later I was In sugery. Having your face messed with is a very big choice, and I can tell you I don’t fear much but I was very nervous about what could happen. However from the time I got to the surgical center I felt completely comfortable, and yes still a little nervous, the last thing I remember before the anesthesiologist gave me their injections , Dr Yelding was just softly rubbing my head which instantly calmed me down , and… next thing I woke up with the nursey helping me get my stuff together , and Dr Yeilding came to check one more time and explained the after care instructions. The next 3 days where the most difficult with seeing and yes a little pain but nothing you can’t handle , Ashley kept in touch with me all weekend and sent pictures which she shared with the doctor and again I felt so comfortable that they where doing the follow ups I did not have one stressful moment. I did fall asleep and my head may have been lower than it should have been and woke up with a big upper eye , but again within a few minutes they let me know it was all ok , and the swelling went down within hours back to normal , I am on day 5 now , I have zero bruising Zero pain and I am starting to see the results which I am thus far very pleased with. I had my follow up appointment Monday and now a few more days and I can go back to my normal life and under my eyes will look amazing I can personally already tell it has taken my eyes back 10 years if not more. I would highly recommend Dr Yeilding and her staff above any doctor I have ever gone to , when you think about doing cosmetic Surgery you always want to go to someone who specializes in some thing especially with your face . Two years ago I had Dr Ruth Yeilding raise my lower eyelids to help with my dry eye situation. Within 6 months my lids were back to where they were before the surgery plus my right eye is now lower than my left after her surgery. In no way would I recommend Dr Ruth Yielding!

I have been very happy with Dr. Yeilding and her staff. They are very friendly and patient. Dr. Yeilding is excellent. My results are wonderful.
