I am so happy, pleased and ecstatic with the years Dr Heffelfinger has removed from my face. I was a little anxious at first because of my ethnicity, but I can honestly say, I’ve got my mojo back thanks to Dr. Heffelfinger and his practice! All materials from his office provided comfort & reassurance.

I had a very saggy, aging neck that was all I could see when I looked in the mirror. I have never had any sort of cosmetic work so although I didn't like my neck I was very apprehensive to have surgery. After much research I made an appointment to see Dr. Hefflefinger. From the minute I entered the office I was welcomed and felt well cared for (the front desk girls, the in the back by Ashley who listens and allays concerns, Michelle who has the sweetest most calming demeanor.) Then there is Dr Hefflefinger who is exactly what you would hope for in a surgeon. Intelligent, personable, and thoughtful. He just makes you feel comfortable from the minute you meet him. He listens, explains, and has this infectious smile and really congenial personality. I conveyed my concerns and fears and we spent a good amount of time discussing options. Dr. Hefflefinger and his expertise and skill are exceptional and the staff he cultivated speaks volumes about him as well.

Dr Heffelfinger is a caring experienced professional doctor. His attention to detail makes him exceptional. I could not be happier with the entire process of my mini facelift and neck lift. He understood my fears and questions. He truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend him!

After years of worsening nasal breathing/nasal valve collapse after an unrepaired broken nose, finding Dr Heffelfinger was a true relief. He did a great job diagnosing my issues, presenting me with the available options, and finally performing a full septoplasty/rhinoplasty to repair my nose and remove a visible hump on the bridge. The result now 1.5 years later is consistently better nasal breathing in all cases, especially at night and at times of high allergen activity, and a straightened nose. The surgery and recovery was no joke, but he did a great job coaching me through what to expect during prep and recovery. The business end of the whole experience went very well, with insurance covering the multiple procedures completely. Thanks Dr. Heffelfinger!
