tested for Cdiff after appendectomy, came back negative continued to have problems. Let things go to nature hopefully things would improve. Called their office,by this time severe issues. DR ODonnell felt my issues had nothing to do with the earlier problems I had after surgery. So after going to a colon/rectal doctor not on his advise , then off to a gastroenterologist. Finally I had blood work done again and fecal testing, GUESS WHAT??? Cdiff!!! I have exposed my grandson,husband, friends, family, co workers, patients. I was told by a very nice PA at this office to come back if I had any problems. Just wished DR. O'Donnell would of shown some compassion to my plight. I called your office after my diagnosis. talked to a very sweet receptionist. She was going to pass on my message to the supervisor who was going to call me and guess what??? No phone call. I also have worked in the medical field for 30 years and I'm well aware of being an advocate for patients who want answers and to… be cared for. Thank you.
