Dr. Sachidanandan Naidu, MD

I have recurring shingles outbreaks, which Dr Naidu has diagnosed, previously called in a prescription for, and had multiple conversations about options of trying to get the vaccination approved for me since I am under 50. It is imperative that I start taking medication ASAP when the outbreak shows up. I am extremely disappointed that Dr Naidu's office insists on an office visit when they should be able to just call in the prescription for this. It is sad that I was able to take care of this with a 3 minute MDLIVE phone call from a complete stranger when my primary care provider, that I thought I should have a relationship with, refused to expedite the process. This experience caused a delay in my ability to start medication by about 12 hours which can make a huge difference when treating shingles. I will be looking for another PCP that cares more about their patients health than the office visit payment.

I've been a patient for 4 years through a referral from a family member and Dr. Naidu is an excellent Physician. He always took his time to educate/inform me about everything that I needed to know about my body. Takes his time, is genuinely concerned, and gets to the problem instead of just giving you a prescription. If you're looking for a primary care provider who takes their time and helps you and your health, I would recommend him!

I liked that dr Naidu would explain things in a way I could understand. They usually called me in to a room in a timely manner but I sat on the table sometimes 30 minutes waiting on dr Naidu. I am a senior, my vains have always been small hard to draw blood. The lab was rude to me one person especially. When I am cold it's really hard to draw blood. No one has ever talked to me like she did. Previous labs usually put something in microwave to warm my arm. This lab did nothing but blame me for not drinking enough water I had to leave come back next day. When dr Naidu was made aware of how I was treated, he said I could go to any mercy lab. I felt like he didn't care so I changed doctors.

We have visited this doctor only once. We were there for my daughter's overall health check up, and he recommended a lab exam. She told him her concern about a symptom that is appearing sometimes and goes away on its own. She didn't have that symptom on the day of the visit and wanted to know his opinion or may refer us to other specialist. He diagnosed it with a dangerous diseas and wrote it into her file including that this was the reason of her visit. He didn't even prescribed a medicine or did any treatment. They gave us a copy stating that she has that disease and was there for this reason. It was a weird situation and not logic at all. There was no symptom of such a dangerous disease apparent, no lab result said so, no physical evidence for it, and he recorded it on her file and to insurance. She was examined by other doctors in the past as the symptom was visible, but they had no exact answer of what is causing it. It means we are still curious and looking for logical answer.… Dr. Neidu seemed to be in rush and did not want to hear her other health concerned question by telling her leave it for the next time and left the room. I really don't know when is the next time!!!! Is it next year when the patient shows stage II cancer? He was careless, disrespectful, and we didn't know if he will come back in the room or not. Then, we heard him in the next room talking to the other patient. The only good thing is that they sent us the lab exam (blood) result's copy including a letter that everything is fine.

Made inappropriate comments about my race and after recommending a gyno to my wife, offered to take a look himself. After I chastised him for the comment, he sheepishly said he was kidding. Made my wife uncomfortable and threatened.

I love Dr Naidu and Leslie. They always make me feel validated! Wonderful team!

I was able to make an appointment or the following day easily! Dr. Naidu's staff were very kind an helpful. Dr. Naidu was very kind, and explained in detail why my medical condition had occurred and what I can do in the future for prevention. I couldn't ask for anything better!!!! A++++

I was amazed at how much I got taken care of in one visit. It's always a adventure getting to know a doctor. Dr. Naidu was upfront and very easy to talk to . His assitant was also the same way. He makes me feel as if we were on a team. My daughter was sick the other day and I was off for the day. Trying to make the best of my sick leave I thought ... maybe they might have a cancellation and I can do my well woman check up... He leaves openings during the day for last minute scheduling. This single mom was one happy duck. I waited 30 days just to go and see the other doctor and I was late and they could not see me! Mercy has a thing called My Mercy that you can ask questions with your doc at anytime. GREAT SERVICE!
