Dr. Salil Jitendra Patel

I was seen on Fri. AM-Was told needed a Heart Cath & they would call & schedule for Tues. I called Fri. at 4:15 PM and was told by a very snotty woman that they had several patients ahead of me & they would call me back. I did not hear anything all weekend. I called Mon. at 3 PM & was told it would be Tues. & the Scheduler would call me shortly. At 4:35 PM I called back and asked for the practice manager-she came on the phone & told me it was too late to Sched. & it would have to be Thurs. She said she had people sitting with her & she had to schedule them first. I asked for a referal for a Doc. & Staff who cared & she said the Doc. would have to call me back & he was gone till tomorrow at 9 AM. I doubt I will get a call-but I will find a new Physician w/ a staff that cares and is not totally incompentent-or can at least keep straight the lies they tell. They also did not call me before my appointment, either. God only knows how bad their treatment of other patients is, or how… badly they do the rest of their job, but I do not feel they have my health and best interest in mind.

Great doctor. Very easy to talk to and knowledgable. Office/nursing staff is also very helpful.
