To begin with I really enjoyed going to this office. However, I am severely concerned about the office staff. I have gone 4 months out of 10 without any WIC because of the incompetence of your employees. When I called to complain about the mistakes made with my son's formula, they found that there were no records of me requesting my new formula to be faxed, which shows that mistakes were made by office staff. However, Patty Good refused to admit that any mistakes were made and was very rude. Patty Good, the office manager hung up on me, showing deliberate indifference to my son's welfare. In closing, I would never advise ANYONE to subject there child to the indifference and neglect shown by this office. They do not care about the health or welfare of my son, and I am extremely disappointed in them.
