Liked the DR. and staff but getting an appointment when my children were sick and needed her.... they were to busy to work me in
We apologize for your bad experience. We try to fit in our sick patients on the same day, however there is a limit to the number of patients we can see in a safe manner and timely fashion. We normally offer next day appointments when we are full which occurs late in the day, or refer to urgent care. We also take walk ins until 3.00pm if they are very sick. We understand your frustration. Your feedback is important to us, and we are committed to learn and improve from it.

My kids love Dr. Elfaki. She is gentle and caring with them. she always includes them in the visit and spends alot of time explaing what she's doing. Awesome staff and always accomodating.
