Solved a Painful Mystery

Dr. Diasti correctly diagnosed a very painful problem my father was having for about a year. He prescribed 2 medications to use nightly and the pain has disappeared.

I have been to Dr. Diasti for about 10 years and he is a great doctor. He really listens and hears what you say. There were some glitches with the staff a couple of years ago which has much improved. The biggest issue is following up if you request information of test results or prescriptions because those sometimes fall through the cracks.

I have been a patient of Dr. diasti for 4 yrs. and always found him to be professional and caring. To my regret, he is no longer accepting Humana Choice PPO so as a result I will no longer be able to use Dr. Diasti, however, I would not hesistate to recommend him.

Very DISSAPOINTED to find out such a prestigious Doctor has a STRIPPER working for him as a medical assistant, "JERRY" does not know what she is doing, she does not know how to treat patients very rude and unprofessional.. over all.. I will never go or take my mother back there until this individual is no longer working there.

Your office staff at Pinnacle office on Swann Ave is rude, inconsiderate, and un personable. They say a front office staff makes your practice. You had better take a good hard look at your front staff. If other patients get treated the way I did you won't be in practice very long. I will not continue to do my business with this office and I would encourage anybody else who gets treated this way to leave this practice.
