Samson Lee is very detail oriented and I have confidence he will give the best care and advice. He has so much experience and offered various options. If you want an experienced, confident and excellent physician Dr Lee is one to consider.

Maybe it was an off day for him but Dr.Lee’s bedside manner was so terribly rude and impatient as to be almost funny. To be clear I made almost no requests of him except asking a few very basic questions, and I regularly receive feedback from others that I have good social skills and am pleasant, which I believe I was during that appointment as well. To make matters much worse, the front office staff kept adding a few hundred dollars to the original estimate until I was billed almost twice what they had told me to expect, for a very simple routine procedure without any complications. The medical support staff and office manager, when I was finally able to talk with her, were all very kind and professional and I have no complaint about the technical quality of the care I received. But overall the whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will certainly not go back there.

From infancy to teenager my child has seen Dr Lee over the years. He has always provided clear answers and professional service. The last visit was for a Septoplasty. He communicated directly with my teen and made sure the entire procedure was understood. Highly recommend him for his skills.

I saw Dr Lee on the recommendation of another ENT. Following an injury to my nose, I required a septoplasty and rhinoplasty. Due to the complicated nature of the week, Dr Lee was deemed to be the only one who could do the job. I was impressed with the quality of his work; not only the result, but also how he made me feel at ease at every step and filled me with confidence that he would fix the problem. Additionally, the day before my surgery, the operating theater flooded and my surgery cancelled. Dr Lee intervened and arranged a different location so that I could receive my treatment as planned. I would recommend Dr Lee to anyone who is looking for an experienced and talented surgeon, who has the patient’s best interests at heart.

I had a complex revision rhinoplasty performed by Dr Lee. I had breathing problems and my nose was crooked and he was able to correct both problems at once. I had lost confidence because of the way my nose looked, but not I have it back again.
