This Dr. is rude and sarcastic know it all and don't. He diagnosed me wrong. wanted to put me on drugs I didn't need. Waited over an hour to even get in to him. He never asked for a follow up visit.

Dr. WARD IS GOOD...HIS BACK STAFF IS AN ABOMINATION. FRONT DESK DOES THE BEST THEY CAN. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU NOT WANT TO GIVE YOU YOUR RECORDS. a whole new set in the back.

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ward and all of his staff. No one is perfect but I rate my experience in all aspects, ie, referals, diagnosis and medical knowledge as good and excellent.

I am not very happy, actually not happy at all with the way that office has been run. Although, there is much experienced people in the office doing what they can, when they know that they are dealing with something that they have no clue of what to do with it (like a serious wound). We were made to wait for 3 weeks before we were told that there was a staph infection in the wound. Refuses to give patient's THEIR own records and would not write any referals to a specialist because they wanted the money that they were getting paid for in the process of an offive visit. Oh and the receptionists, medical assistants and your record department is very rude and I would not reccomend anybody there. I know that I will never be back, and I will not let my mother die like they killed my daddy because they did not knnow what they were doing. Should not be legally allowed to have an EXPIRED license..Thank you...
