Dr. Sam is an AWESOME and AMAZING doctor and surgeon! His bedside manners are PRICELESS! He's always so kind and makes you feel like you're His Favorite Patient! He always makes me feel special with the sweet, kind, and caring spirit he has! I know I'm blessed because God gave me one of His special Angels to be my doctor, Dr. Sam!

Dr. Sam has been the Very Best surgeon I have ever met. He has helped me over the years with spine disorders. I truly love Dr. Sam in everything he has done for me. My doctor, Dr. Sam, is simply the best. I am an RN. I suffered with back pain for many years. I saw so many nurses suffer through back surgeries that did not work that I was terrified to have surgery. I finally had no choice. I had a fusion of lower back in 2022 that was very successful. This past February Doctor Sam performed an Anterior Cervical Disectomy Fusion on C5, 6 and 7. It was amazing. I only had pain for 3 days! I do what my doctor says. I follow instructions but I give him the credit for wonderful skill and care in surgery. He explained everything beforehand. He is kind and caring. He has a staff that is very good and helpful also. I recommend him to all I meet who suffer with back pain! Thank you Doctor Sam!

Dr Schroerlucke took the time to address all my concerns and explained everything in detail. I am very happy with the results, the pain in my back is gone. He has a great bedside manner and put me at ease from my first appointment with him. I would definitely recommend him and Orthosouth. Everyone one there is very professional and friendly.
