I scheduled a video appointment and included the reason for my appointment and the Dr. who referred me. She showed up 30 minutes late for the appointment, didn't know why I made the appointment, who referred me, and then said we couldn't have a video appointment because my home address is not in NY. I have never before seen a NYU Langone physician who wasn't completely on top of their game.

I had to chase her for responses to urgent questions as I was experiencing serious healthy issues. She was incredibly unresponsive to the point of negligence. I had to jump through hoops just to get basic care. I have recently connected with my old endocrinologist and am much happier. If you don't want to invest additional time and stress in following up for answers, I would pick another doctor.

I dont know where the other reveiws about her being friendly are from because she snapped at me to hush on my first appointment with her when I was explaining to her my issues. I held my composure but I’ve had it with being her patient. Trying to get an appointment with her is like pulling teeth and if you need to reschedule, good luck your next appointment will be in 6 months. She genuinely seems to not care at all when you go in- wants to get you in an out and if i even bothered to ask any questions I would get a look of loathing and a sigh, changed doctors thankfully found a great one closer by.Gets an extra star for at least running thorough labs but seriously not worth the trip nor time.

Dr Foo is an amazing doctor. She always makes my mom feels at ease. This is hard to do especially with elderly patient. Her staff on the other hand is a different story. The schedulers are rude and impatient. I sometime wonder why they stay in the customer service field if they hate talking to people.
