Dr. Sandra Jassmann

From what I understand Sandra Jassman retired a few years ago, RIGHT in the MIDDLE of my first few consultations. She NEVER listened or ASKED re: your issue(s). She IGNORED test results and symptoms. She sat and YAWNED, rubbing her face and closing her eyes the ENTIRE visit talking about an A/C in the window in her "GUEST room" then told me "calories in, calories out" COMPLETELY ignoring that I had a serious thyroid episode and had lump biopsied. She gave me names of other specialists to see and when I called them for appts, they said they had NO paperwork from her. I called her office and the office could find NOTHING about it, to which she flippantly replied, OH, I guess I didn't write anything in the file (!!!), oh well. Then the nice lady at the desk told me she was retiring and gave me MORE dr's names, NONE of which could I even get into. If I could give her a MINUS I would.

This office was odd. They have a broken scale (on carpet so it is off by 20 lbs) but they persist on weighing you on it, then taking the weight you tell them because the scale is off. The receptionist was rude, but back office great. My biggest complaint is that she has no ultrasound machine. The cost ends up being 10x greater when it is ordered from the hospital. Get an endocrinologist with an ultrasound machine if you have thyroid problems. Save time and money. Slightly peeved when she said I needed additional testing for celiac which was diagnosed 30 years ago. Test is: eat gluten for two weeks, be sick for two weeks, and we'll biopsy your dead intestines. Takes 6 additional weeks to recover.

Dr. Jassman is very caring and professional. Her staff is very courteous .

Doctor Jassman is a very caring doctor. She really listens to your concerns and then addresses them. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease. You go in with great concern about your symptom(s), and you come out with comfort and a solution. I just love her! Doctors like Jassman, are hard to find. She is definitely a keep and I reccomend her to all I know!!!
