Horrible experience, this person is not concerned with patient safety/wellbeing nor providing passable customer service. When I experienced serious side effects (could not breathe, ended up on a ventilator because of this dr's treatment, nearly died) he blew me off and would not respond to calls from my ER team. Was told by UK that this is not a rare occurrence for this physician's patients to end up in the ER. He never followed up or had any concerns related to his horrible practices. Please seek anothe Dr. For your safety and wellbeing.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Archer! From my very first appointment, he took the time to really listen and explain everything in a way I could understand. He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients. The surgery went smoothly, and I felt confident and comfortable the entire time. His follow-up care has been just as impressive — he makes sure you’re healing well and answers all your questions without ever making you feel rushed. I’m so grateful for the care I received and highly recommend Dr. Archer to anyone looking for an ENT who truly goes above and beyond.

Spent less than 5 minutes in the room with me, asked me questions and put the wrong answers into my medical report! He does not care at all about patient care! He is a pay for hire doctor for lawyers who work for corporations to disprove Real Injuries that a patient has! Don't trust this guy to give you a real diagnosis!

Dr. Archer and his staff are amazing!! They have been absolutely wonderful and caring to my husband. Dr. Archer helped us out, took his time with us, didn't make us feel rushed and was truly kind and caring. He exemplifies what a true doctor is all about. He cares about his patients and cares more about the health of the patient then the almighty dollar. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!! Truly a wonderful doctor!!

I have been coming here for years, and am always amazed by Dr. Archer and staff. I went recently, knowing I was bound for my fourth nasal polypectomy. Dr. Archer saved me! A new prescription “Xhance” used for three weeks and the polyps had shrank so much I wasn’t required to have surgery! Best of all, I had regained my sense of smell that had been gone for years! Always so nice, and genuinely caring. I travel two hours from Pikeville to see him because I have always been treated with the upmost care and respect, not to mention treatment! Nobody has measured up to the quality of care I have gotten at UK ENT, and I will always refer Dr. Archer to anyone.

I have chronic sinusitis and Dr Archer did surgery for a blocked sinus cavity. It has helped me tremendously. I recommend him highly.

Folks, stay away from this ENT. He DOES NOT listen to you what you have to say; instead, what this guy does is diagnose you in such a way as to bring the University of Kentucky (also not very good, in my opinion) as much money as possible. Money in UK's pocket is money in his pockets. After my surgery in the follow up appointment he asked me how things were going, and AS SOON AS I started answering his question he retorted with "I know you have lots of questions and concerns, just be patient..." and he was gone within 3 minutes. Stay away from Dr Sandford Archer.
