What an amazing physician. Knowledge, relationship to patient and family, explanation of suspected condition. Where we are going, then will look at evidence before we proceed with Treatment. I feel totally comfortable in is care. Having spent 30 plus years in the medical field, I rate this MD 5 star. Than you. M

Although I am not a patient of Dr.Dhar, I met him one day after one of my good friends had emergency surgery for a burst artery. The same day (he was on call) he also performed a life-saving surgery on my room mate's father. He is quick on his feet, uses innovative methods, and has a genuinely caring bedside manner. He is professional, courteous, patient and informative. Dhar has saved the lives of two people that I know, and has made it a point to remember and include their loved ones in discussion about post-op recovery. If you read this, I want to say, I can't thank you enough, Dr.Dhar, you are truly exceptional.

Dr.S.Dhar is a jewel in the medical world. He doesn't give up when confronted with a problem with a patient as in my case. After many tries he found the answer! I am so grateful and I have heard many other of his patients state the same. To a doctor that is one in a million. He is Awesome!!!

Dr Dhar saved my life. I went to the ER and with chest pains and was told I had GERD. I went home got a appt with my DR who got me on the fast track to Dr. Dhar. Dr. Dhar had me go straight to the hospital and found a blocked artery. He is the best.

Dr. Dhar is an excellent physician. He is knowledgeable, caring, listens to his patients' concerns, and gives practical advice.

Dr.Dhar is upbeat while still showing concern and expertise. He has a great sense of humor.

Last year I was admitted emergently at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital with a massive heart attack. I was saved by the grace of God and very fast action and excellent care by Dr. Dhar at 2 am, as told by my family members. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't be around to watch baseball games with my sons today. Interestingly I was at Kaiser ER early in the afternoon with chest pain and they told me that nothing was wrong with me. You guys can figure the rest.

This is a wrong website since it enlists him as a urologist. In fact he is a fantastic cardiologist. He has gone out his way to help my ailing mother and my father in a complicated myriad of existing medical conditions. Once he even drove my father back to his home because he thought that he wasn't safe to drive. He has helped then in inumerable ways which this limited box prevents me from describing. I wish everyone is just like an angel he is.

Dr. Dhar takes care of all our family members. This includes my mother, my brother and my wife. Even our child who had a birth defect was assessed by him. He is always available, courteous and extremely efficient in making great decisions which have helped us again and again, especially in context of limited resources. I wish everyone is like him.

Although Dr. Dhar has a winning personality, he was very inconsistent with me. I actually thought he must have had me confused with another patient because each visit he would deny a previous diagnosis and give me a new one, only to go back to the first. It wasn't just one diagnosis but about half a dozen that were being switched around. I finally quit going to him, and am doing much better.
