Dr. Lalla charged me $7,500 for a five-area liposuction surgery, plus an additional $1,000 to inject fat in my bottom area. On the day of the surgery, just as I was about to get wheeled into the OR, he told me that he would not perform lipo one one of the five areas because it would cause skin sagging. This was after he had OK-ed that area for lipo during two different appointments at his office. When I asked him about it at one of my post-op visits, my file was nowhere to be found to check on his notes. He wrote me a $300 check as a way to compensate me for the fact that he did not stick with our agreement. That math is obviously very much in his favor. Another issue was that he gave me expired medicine for my bruises. He scratched off the expiration date on the bottle with a pen, saying that "these things never expire." Obviously I never took those meds, but I did keep the bottle and showed it to him at a follow-up appointment expressing my concerns. He denied giving it to me. I… asked the office for a copy of my file (which is any patient's right based on HIPAA regulation) and only received part of it, with some notes that did not match what actually was discussed during my appointments. I emailed Gina and ask to fix these errors in my file, but she never responded. The experience overall was lacking in quality and organization.

Today is the one year anniversary of my procedure with Dr. Lalla. I could not be happier with the results! I was nervous to follow through with the procedure I had been dreaming about for years, and finding the right doctor was the scariest part. I can honestly say that I could not have picked a better team! Between Dr. Lalla and his beautiful wife, Gina, my experience has been nothing but the best. Not only am I thrilled with the results, but I found myself feeling like a part of the family. For anyone looking for a great plastic surgeon and a woman who knows her way around beauty - I cannot recommend a better team. Dr Sanjay Lalla is a wonderful doctor, excellent surgeon and kind and compassionate person. He is easy to talk to and unpretentious like many other surgeons that I interviewed before him. I had a breast reduction to help with my neck and back pain. It has truly helped me. Dr. Lalla has seen me twice a week after the surgery and then each week after to make certain I am healing well. He and nurse Gina are amazing, kind, expert professionals. I HIGhLY recommend them.

I made a great decision coming to Dr. Lalla. He's a very welcoming doctor. My experience with Dr. Lalla and his entire staff was wonderful. My stay in the hospital was awesome. I had a great team to take very good care of me. Dr. Lalla is a rock star for life.
