Yes, the wait can be long, And but I see that as an administration problem, not the doctor’s. I find her interested, willing to try different medicines and treatments when some aren’t working well. I really appreciate that she listens to me and messages me to follow up on concerns she may have. I love her personality and ability to make me feel good about my health. All in all, I find her to be an awesome doctor and feel lucky to have her as my primary care doc!

I was referred to Dr Richey for pain management by my PCP due to several issues I have. I was a little nervous to see her because everyone else I've seen has negated the pain I experience due to neuropathy. She had done research prior to my arrival on my condition and different treatments I had told my PCP I wanted to try. She spent nearly an hour with me one on one and passed me off to her physical therapists for another 45 mins of face time. I was given a cane for free on site and went to give labs as well for a total of 3 hours spent getting very good care. Anyone who can get in to see her should count themselves lucky!

Dr. Richey doesn't really care about the patient. Just there to rake in the bucks. I have been disabled for 15 years. When I thought SSD might review me, I discussed this with her. She said "I think you can work". IS she effing kidding me???? I left in tears and have not been back since. I've heard from other people that she does not take pain issues seriously. If you have a skin rash or an ear infection, she might be okay, but if you have serious medical issues, find another doctor who will listen and take you seriously.

not up to date with her education on conditions, scoffs at patients and their knowledge, does not believe nor care about male patients, sends patients to get tested for non related illnesses and avoids the ones at hand, does not take real care of their needs whatsoever, doesn't care if they live or die and that is the God's truth

Dr Richey is an awful doctor. She didn't believe me when I was having stomach pain. Instead it took several ER visits to figure out I needed my gall bladder removed. She treats you like it's all in your head. ANYONE in Sonora is better.
