I called the billing office to help me understand my prices with my insurance. VERY helpful and nice. I also got an appointment within the week, so it worked out well. As for the doctor, I had Dr. Scott and she was very nice. She was a little rushed, but there were a lot of people waiting for her. I can understand. Though, she said that if I had any questions, to always call. She was concerned about my needs and answered all my questions.

has very little time for patient. If you are not a botox patient, do not see her. She doesn't want o thear anything but herself. She believes she is God and doesn't have a moment to answer questions. I received more info from her nurse than her. She spent maybe 5 minutes with me. I had to schedule with another doctor to find out what is wrong.
