Dr. Sashi Naidu, MD

I was kept waiting for almost 1 and 1/2 hours for a new patient visit and finally had to leave without seeing the doctor. The waiting room was freezing and even the receptionists had their coats on. I can not rate the doctor himself because I never got to see him and will have to go to another doctor at another time because I could wait in the cold room no longer. I have never given a poor review, but this was upsetting to say the least.

Dr. Naidu is very responsive to patient needs. He is unpretentious and easy to talk to. He was quick to diagnose an unusual blood disorder. He follows standard protocols for this disorder and provided a realistic assessment of my condition. The office staff are caring and friendly. They were extraordinarily helpful in making payment arrangements during a period when I was uninsured. I have always been treated with outstanding courtesy and kindness at this physician's office.
