The PSO is for Protective Serivce Officer, you might see these armed security officers at an SSA office or at the Immigration Building in Hartford Ct. We have to stand usually atleast 4 to 5 hours a shift while on post, my situation was due to my diabetes and the arteries shutting down in my foot. Dr. Fecteau was excellent in getting to the source of the problem and also helping me to deal with the pain in the process. I totally recommend this Dr. very experienced and very honest.

Dr. Fecteau is so amazing! He is knowledgeable about vascular issues and works with the patient to find the best care possible. He reviewed all of my labs and tests from a previous doctor and helped me decipher what was going on. Dr. Fecteau took his time and considered the whole picture and me as a patient when deciding what was the best course of action. I highly recommend Dr. Fecteau for any vascular issues, without a doubt!

This man doesn't deserve to practice medicine. I consulted him for severe leg pain w/ no pulse in my feet. He couldn't find any problem. Another doctor, after months of suffering found that both femoral arteries to be 100% blocked. He couldn't believe Fecteau couldn't find the problem. I could have lost my legs. This guy is a bum. Run while you can!

I have been a patient of Dr. Fecteau's since 2007. He ha been very good to me and he does fine work. He takes responsibility for the surgery he does. I found it lacking with 2 previous surgeons that I saw for the same thing. I consider myself lucky and very fortunate to have Dr. Fecteau as my vascular surgeon. If I needed to see him for other vascular issues, I would not hesitate. I trust him with my life.
