Never saw the doctor after my procedure. I saw him 10 days later in his office for a few minutes. Nice guy, but his after surgery skills are poor at best. Called repeatedly ( 4 times) to make an appointment to have fluid drained off my knee. They couldn’t find a time to see me, and suggested I just go to an instant care for help. If they don’t take the time to address the recovery of the patient, then it speaks volumes to what the practice really stands for. Interesting that after the procedure I suddenly was no longer important, and I was left to find my own course of recovery....

Dr. Jackson has worked on my shoulder. It was a very pleasant experience. He is now scheduled to scope my knee very soon. He took the time to explore all options with me. He is not in a hurry to get to the next patient and is concerned about my well being. I really appreciate his professionalism as well as his genuine concern for me.
