I recently saw Dr. Lazzara for a Disability review...he knew nothing about my condition....which has been long deteriorating since a major spinal surgery several years ago..thanks to him him I have been denied benefits. I have been recieving benefits for 11 years now..and all it took was him to have them stopped. Unjustefied.
